1. Services Provided. CircleTwice offers a range of IT services, including but not limited to:

We tailor services to client needs through formal agreements. We reserve the right to improve, update, or modify our services at any time.
2. Eligibility and Account Security. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
3. Acceptable Use. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes and not to:
- Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Use our services in a way that could damage our reputation
4. Intellectual Property. All content, trademarks, service marks, software, and documentation available through CircleTwice are the property of CircleTwice or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our materials solely for your business purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
5. Service Availability and Modifications. We strive to maintain the high availability of our services. 6. Fees and Payments. Fees for services are outlined in client agreements or invoices. You agree to pay all charges in accordance with the agreed terms. Late payments may incur penalties, interest, or suspension of services.
7. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CircleTwice disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for data loss, system downtime, or security incidents beyond our control.
8.Termination and Suspension. We may suspend or terminate your access to services for violations of these Terms, failure to pay, or suspected misuse. You may cancel services at any time, subject to the terms of your agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will cease immediately.
9. Privacy and Data Protection. Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices, including collection, use, and sharing of information as described.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Washington, unless otherwise agreed.
11. Changes to the Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new, effective date. Continued use of our services after the update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
